A: Yes. The following are dischargeable in a Chapter 13 that are not under Chapter 7:

  1. Noncriminal fines
  2. Certain debts from divorce
  3. Loans taken to pay recent federal taxes
  4. Discharge denied in a prior bankruptcy case
  5. Welfare repayments
  6. Willful and malicious injury to property (unless a lawsuit challenging dischargeability is filed in the Chapter 7 case)
